Refund policy

We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that you can return & exchange. We will process your return or exchange. if:

• You have proof of purchase i.e. email or invoice sent with your order.
• You purchased the product in the last 7 days.
• a wrong product(s) or size (or)
• the product(s) was found damaged.
• Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund products that have been washed or used.

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs to Decor8.

• Due to the use of Studio lights in the shoot actual product color might slightly vary from the image and that product neither be exchanged nor refunded.
• Delivery Charges according to courier service will not be refunded.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.

Sale Items and Customized Orders

Items marked as on sale on our website are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Customized orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, as these items are made specifically to your personal specifications.

A 50% advance payment is required for all customized orders. Customers must submit a payment screenshot and proof of payment before their order can be confirmed and processing can begin.
